From Dining Services to Neurosurgery.

Patrick began at UT MD Anderson as an Assistant Manager in Dining Services. From there, he moved through increasingly complex administrative and leadership roles before becoming Department Administrator for Neurosurgery.

That path shaped how he thinks about leadership: credibility is earned, influence matters at every level, and the best leaders understand both the work and the people doing it.

His coaching draws on healthcare operations, legal training, organizational leadership, and years of mentoring and developing others. The focus is practical: clearer thinking, better conversations, stronger relationships, and action that holds up in the real world.
